Blake brings a unique cross-disciplinary background in planning, engineering, and analytics to every project, a foundation he has deepened by recently completing his M.S. in Transportation Engineering from UC Berkeley. He is a flexible and valued member of the team, contributing to both planning and data projects. From balancing the complex stakeholder needs of students, staff, and visitors at Cal State Monterey Bay to developing parking management solutions for the City of El Cerrito and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Blake's curiosity and big-picture perspective ensure a cohesive, comprehensive approach to every client engagement.

Blake reflects on his experience with the team: "I'm grateful for the opportunity to work on projects with real stakes and tradeoffs so early in my career. That responsibility has been the biggest driver of my growth here, and it's reinforced why I got into this field in the first place: to do work that has a genuine impact. I couldn't ask for a better team to be doing that alongside."
