Since joining DIXON as an intern in 2022, Chisa has rapidly progressed into her new role as a Senior Associate. Today, she manages complex, high-profile parking and mobility projects across multiple jurisdictions, including the County of Maui and the City of San Juan Capistrano. She has blossomed into a multifaceted project manager, solving complex planning problems with sharp attention to detail. Her endless curiosity and eagerness to learn allow her to grow every single day.
