On June 15, DIXON's Julie Dixon, along with Tony Jordan (Parking Reform Network) and Brett Wood, PTMP, PE (Wood Solutions Group), presented "The Shoup Doctrine: Inspiration to Implementation" at IPMI 2026 in Milwaukee, WI. Unfortunately, Hank Wilson (SFMTA) was not able to participate, so Brett moderated the debate between Julie and Tony as attendees learned about the impact of Shoup’s work and the importance of data driven decisions.
