Last night, Julie Dixon introduced a municipal code update request to the Seal Beach City Council. The code update is a modernization opportunity to ensure that the code is adaptive to all of the paid parking payment options available to customers and provides a framework for the establishment of future residential parking permit programs if a need is identified.
