Last week, DIXON kicked off the Cal State Monterey Bay Technology Roadmap project.

The DIXON team met with staff, faculty, and other stakeholders to discuss the opportunities to better understand the University's unique parking needs as well as to strategically plan for their current and future needs. The discussion was lively and fruitful, providing a strong initial direction for the Operational Needs Assessment. DIXON followed up by meeting the parking enforcement team and doing a thorough ride-along tour of the campus.

The DIXON team is grateful for the enthusiastic welcome and looks forward to further collaboration with the University. We are also looking forward to incorporating the Otter mascot into the overall approach and system design.
