DIXON has been developing a Parking Technology Roadmap—including technology recommendations, pricing options, and financial modeling—for the North Tahoe Public Utility District (NTPUD) as the next step toward improving parking operations.

Last week, DIXON shared the Roadmap with the NTPUD Recreation and Parks Commission, followed by a discussion of the proposed options. Commissioners unanimously supported pursuing baseline technology upgrades and endorsed the incremental implementation timeline. These recommendations will proceed next to the Board of Supervisors.
