Last week, Julie Dixon presented to the Isla Vista Community Services District (IVCSD) Board about the possibility of establishing a residential permit parking (RPP) program in Isla Vista. The presentation covered the Coastal Commission approval process, past efforts to create a similar program, and introduced a conceptual program plan. Julie facilitated a productive conversation with Board members about the range of policy considerations involved and what policies may work to meet Isla Vista's unique community needs. DIXON is proud to continue supporting IVCSD on this important initiative.
