Dixon Resources Unlimited (DIXON) is excited to announce the addition of Isabella Tapia to our team.

Isabella joins DIXON after serving as a Management Analyst with the City of San Fernando, where she led several initiatives to enhance economic development, transportation, and mobility. Her work included revitalizing the City’s Residential Parking Permit program through a comprehensive community outreach strategy, upgrading parking meter zones, and contributing to the development of San Fernando’s Parking Master Plan. By balancing parking demand with pedestrian-friendly and multimodal transportation improvements, Isabella helped create more equitable and sustainable mobility solutions for the community.

A Los Angeles native, Isabella earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from New York University. She brings strong experience in transportation planning, budget management, and legislative analysis, along with a proven track record of fostering collaboration between municipalities, residents, and local businesses.
