
The DIXON team wrapped up last week with our Winter Retreat in San Diego, CA.
On Thursday, DIXON spent the day at UCSD conducting a comprehensive on-site visit with University officials to review and discuss campus parking operations. We dove deep into conversations with University leadership as well as frontline parking and enforcement staff to better understand the day-to-day realities, enforcement practices, and operational challenges they face. The team also toured off-street parking facilities and assessed accessibility conditions to get a complete picture of how parking functions across campus.

On Friday, we shifted gears to focus on internal business development, taking time to reflect on our progress, align on priorities, and map out goals for the year ahead. This planning session set us up to hit the ground running in 2026 and keep delivering the high-quality work our clients count on. We finished the retreat with a team-building activity at a local ceramics studio, where everyone got creative painting pottery and enjoying quality time together. We're energized for the year ahead and can't wait to continue the strong work and collaboration DIXON is known for!
