Julie Dixon and Peter MacDonald attended the Southwest Parking and Transportation Association (SWPTA) Mid-Year training in Tempe, AZ, on April 29-May 1. As fellow SWPTA board members, they were happy to support this frontline training event. The training brought together professionals from across the region who share a commitment to excellence in parking and transportation services.
With over 50 attendees, the group received valuable training from Seal Beach Captain Nick Nicholas and Paso Robles Commander Caleb Davis. These experienced law enforcement leaders shared their expertise on best practices and important safety protocols relevant to parking and transportation professionals. Attendees had the opportunity to learn directly from these industry experts in an interactive and engaging environment.
The training was surrounded by fun networking and team-building events. These activities provided excellent opportunities for attendees to connect with colleagues, share experiences, and build professional relationships that extend beyond the training sessions. SWPTA events are always a big hit and not to be missed.
