Last week, the City of Monterey adopted the Residential Parking Permit Action Plan. After several years of preparation and community engagement, this was a major milestone to update a program that was first introduced in 1985. It was a lot of work to get to this point, but it seems like we have only just begun because now we will begin to update and consolidate the existing program. We are proud to be a part of this journey as the city continues to proactively manage the curb.
