Last week, the DIXON team made an on-site visit to California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB). The first day of the trip consisted of a deep dive into their parking technology and discussions with the University's parking and IT teams. Afterward, we rode the Wave shuttle and met with staff across parking operations, university police, transportation, and administration to dig into the full scope of CSUMB's parking and mobility program.
This visit supports a multi-faceted engagement covering Wave shuttle and other mobility strategies, long-term parking supply strategy, and a roadmap for parking technology and infrastructure improvements. Our conversations on the ground gave us a clearer picture of how the pieces fit together and where the opportunities are to build a more sustainable, efficient system for the growing campus.
We're looking forward to continuing this work alongside the CSUMB team as the project progresses.
