
DIXON was on-site in Reno to meet with the Reno Development Authority and tour the Reno Parking Gallery. The team reviewed existing conditions and spoke directly with local stakeholders about daily operations, challenges, and user experiences. These conversations and observations provided important context for understanding how the facility is used and managed. Based on this on-site work, DIXON is now developing the Operational Assessment Report, which will document existing conditions and identify practical, industry-informed opportunities for improvement.
