Last week, the DIXON team traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska, for a kickoff site visit with University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) Parking and Transit Services. We hit the ground running with a campus tour, then sat down with staff from enforcement, operations, communications, and customer service to gain a comprehensive understanding of UNL's parking ecosystem.

This visit marks the beginning of an exciting engagement focused on evaluating and enhancing the customer experience across UNL's parking program. Our in-depth conversations with staff gave us valuable insight into the strengths of the program and the opportunities ahead.

We look forward to returning to campus as the project progresses and working alongside the UNL Parking Services team to build a parking experience worthy of a Big Ten campus. Go Big Red!
