On June 3rd, the DIXON team went on site to Lake Tahoe to assess various parking facilities around the basin, including in Kings Beach, Emerald Bay, Sand Harbor, and more. Julie Dixon and Chisa Nagai spoke directly to several parking enforcement staff around the lake, and were able to hear their perspective on parking needs, challenges, and firsthand experiences.

DIXON is collaborating with various Tahoe Basin agencies to build a cohesive parking policy and management system, and is excited to bring equitable, sustainable, and actionable solutions to improve the parking experience around the lake.
