On February 17th and 18th, DIXON met with the City of Manhattan Beach to discuss the implementation of the Technology Roadmap, enhancing the parking ecosystem, introducing mobile payments, and new pay stations. DIXON attended the February 17^th Manhattan Beach City Council meeting, where we helped answer Council questions alongside City staff, and the contract for the parking pay stations and mobile parking payment system passed Council 5–0. Over the visit, the team met with City staff, including Parking Meter Technicians, the Traffic Engineer, and the Public Works team, to conduct a site walk and review the plan for design and installation. DIXON will continue to work with the City to guide the implementation, bringing a refreshed parking experience to the residents, visitors, and businesses of Manhattan Beach.
