DIXON was on-site last week in San Fernando to meet with the Public Works Department and walk staff through project milestones, updates, and takeaways. As the project nears the finish line, the team is excited to bring its findings and recommendations to City Council. These in-person conversations strengthen relationships with City staff and help foster open, collaborative communication throughout the project. By staying closely connected with local partners, DIXON is delivering a Residential Parking Plan that is both data-driven and informed by industry best practices, while also being tailored to the unique needs of the San Fernando community.
