Last week, the DIXON team visited Tustin, CA, to discuss parking operations in the southwest region of the City. While at Tustin City Hall, the team met with staff from the Planning Division and Public Works, followed by a visit to the Traffic Unit to speak with the Police Department.

The DIXON team previously worked with the City on a Residential Parking Action Plan and is excited to return to the City to continue improving its parking program. The site visit aimed to evaluate current practices and identify opportunities for improvement, which will help inform recommendations for managing the City's parking program.
