Two incredible days of growth, connection, and teamwork are in the books for the DIXON team!

Day 1 featured an inspiring, hands-on leadership workshop with Tracy Miller, J.D., who customized every detail to our world of parking and mobility. From traffic cones to parking tickets, her energy and insight brought out the best in each of us, motivating the team and strengthening our bond.

Day 2 took us to new heights (literally) at UCI’s Team Up ropes course, where we faced fears, built trust, and celebrated every success together.

These two days reminded us how powerful it is to step offline and invest in our people. We’re recharged, refocused, and ready to take on what’s next.
