Chisa Nagai, Senior Associate at DIXON, was named the 2026 Parking Employee of the Year, with an emerging leader component, at the Southwest Parking & Transportation Association (SWPTA) Conference last week in Las Vegas.

Chisa joined DIXON as a Data Analyst Intern in 2022 and has grown into a trusted project manager, bridging the Data and Planning Teams on projects from Isla Vista, CA to Maui, HI. Her Isla Vista work was part of the effort that earned DIXON the California Special Districts Association’s 2023 Contractor of the Year recognition.

Having grown up in Tokyo and now working in the parking industry as a car-free professional, Chisa brings a distinctive perspective on how parking fits into a broader mobility system. She is a powerful example of the future of parking and mobility, and she is already helping to shape it.
